Jennifer Junipers Creamy All Natural Soaps are full of only natural yummy goodness. Mild and luxuriously sudsy, they pamper your skin and are truly nurturing. Each recipe was uniquely created to delight your senses and awaken your body, mind and spirit to the mystery, magic, and magnificence of YOU.
Each nourishing bar of Jennifer Junipers' soap starts with a base of olive, palm, coconut, jojoba and castor oils. The oils of olive, palm and coconut are the essentials for creating a superior bar of soap. Each bar is further enhanced with jojoba and castor oil. Jojoba is a natural liquid wax from the kernels of an evergreen desert plant, and is often called the liquid gold of the desert. It is both a moisturizer and humectant, and along with castor oil (for it's tremendous moisturizing qualities) contributes to an amazing lather in soap.
Jennifer Junipers' soaps are scented with synergistic blends of 100% pure essential oils (high quality and pesticide free). Pure essential oils have the ability to touch our deeper emotional layers. Synthetic fragrance substitutes cannot compete with the pure essences of nature. Our soaps come by their color either through the oils themselves, or the addition of complementary organically grown or ethically wildcrafted herbs and spices.
Our all-natural soaps are a green choice for healthy living. They are handmade from scratch in Montana using the traditional cold-process method, in which oils are combined with lye (a solution of sodium hydroxide and water), and then poured into molds where a process called saponification takes place. During saponification, the lye is completely converted into soap along with an abundance of highly emollient glycerin, which is retained in the final soap. In addition, our soaps are "super-fatted", which means an extra percentage of skin nourishing oils is available to the skin. The absence of harsh synthetic or petroleum-based ingredients means a gently cleansing soap that's kind to your body and our planet.
Our soaps won't leave your skin feeling stripped, itchy, or dry like many mass-produced soaps, body cleansers, or triple-milled soaps do, thus reducing or eliminating the need for using additional moisturizers. They are also especially beneficial for those who are allergy prone or for anybody with rough, inflamed, or sensitive skin. |
